Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. PK 40 Game supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer to local Pakistani bank accounts. The name on your withdrawal destination must match your registered account name.
PK 40 Game aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of approval. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is not permitted and may result in bonus funds being removed from your account.

All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds — and any winnings accumulated from those bonus funds — that remain in your account beyond the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown in your account's bonus section.

All bets placed on PK 40 Game are subject to acceptance by the platform. PK 40 Game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number.
If odds or lines are published with a manifest error — for example, odds that are clearly and substantially different from market rates due to a technical or human error — PK 40 Game reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled. You will be notified if your bet is voided for this reason and your stake will be returned.
In-play betting on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and other live sporting events is offered subject to availability. Odds during live events can change rapidly and PK 40 Game is not liable for any delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the platform. Bets accepted during obvious data feed delays may be voided.
For cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies for rain-affected matches where applicable. Specific rules for each cricket market type are available on the betting section of the platform. Matches that are abandoned without a result will generally result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.
Maximum winnings per bet and per event may apply. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Any winnings that would exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum amount applicable.
All casino games and slots available on PK 40 Game — including live casino tables, slot machines, and the bingo room — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating in a controlled environment.
